SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN

OVERVIEW

I brought the consultancy’s social back to life, pitching for reasons why we should join IG and be more visual for client visibility. I enjoyed the process of mocking up ideas to share in our small team - including our Head of Marketing and Creative Director. For 5 years, I helped shape and grow our social presence - I managed multiple feeds, scheduling posts and tweets on Buffer. My role also entailed me writing post copy to resonate with followers on how challengers build success when against the odds.

My biggest achievement was growing the Instagram from 15 to 2000 followers in a few years and gaining 10x the engagement across our channels. I used my vast content creation skills to push the challenger mindset stories in a way that got the team inspired about reposting and writing more articles. By conducting team catch ups to see what they'd like to see more of I made sure to check in and align with their event schedules to help promote more of our BTS content at the same time.
